Now here is an experience like no other. Learn how to prepare the finest Belgian produce under the watchful eye of an instructor at the hotel school.
This way, you start your apprenticeship with the basics: washing vegetables, meat and fish, then cutting them up and arranging everything for cooking according to a recipe that is fully explained. From the starter to the sweet, your team is in charge of the proceedings. Its members prepare the feast. They lay the table in style. They choose the appropriate wine for each dish. Yet the chefs and the head-waiter are ever around to give you a little bit of help or advice. And as always in the kitchen, when the bell rings, it is time to serve the dishes.
