In this unusual seminar, you will learn two stress-management techniques which will help you to progressively develop an emotionally-distanced approach to life, commonly known as "Zen Attitude".
The morning is spent learning calming breathing techniques, and seated-at-a-desk meditation methods that will calm incessant day-dreaming and create a positive outlook. Each participant will be hooked up to software which will check the effect of the breathing and positive visualising exercises on their heart and will demonstrate how the exercises slow down your heartbeat!
Then, in the afternoon, participants will use innovative sound and light technology to introduce themselves to the technique of "letting-go" and listening to their deep subconscious while lying down.
After the seminar you have access to the magnificent swimming pool of the Club Royal la Rasante (and to its well-being centre with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, etc.) and an "Aqua-Zen" session. The heated swimming pool will help participants to apply and test in an aquatic environment the breathing exercises they learned earlier in the day.
The seminar's aim is that participants will integrate "well-being breaks" into their daily routines, both at work and at home, aided by the six CD audio-guides provided during this training day.
This should certainly equip you to consistently cope with stress all year long!
