Sample Brussels, a rally on foot, to discover Brussels differently.
Each group receives a name that is typically Brussels: zievereir, stoeffer, dikkenek, zatlap... as well as a little typical house of the Grand'Place to be filled with the delights of Brussels in the course of a gourmet itinerary spiced with samplings and popular games... At each stop, a small gift will be offered to fill the house.
The particpants will thus have an opportunity to stroll through the typical Brussels streets, and to learn something of the city's history in an amusing manner... Why not end this excursion with a Breughel evening in one of the vaulted cellars of the Grand'Place? You will be welcomed by staff dressed in 16th-century attire, to the sound of folklore music that will plunge you into the atmosphere of times gone by.
On the menu, a Breughel-type buffet with traditional beers served in stone mugs. Some craftsmen will also be invited to join your evening: a potter, a spinner, a basket maker, a clog maker, a chair-bottomer, and so on. However, there can be no popular party without a magician, a jungler and a fortune-teller ... even a pickpocket will be welcome!
